Service availability, scope, and deliverables will be outlined in separate engagement letters, proposals, or contracts when applicable.
3. User Obligations
You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information when requested. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You shall not use our Services for any unlawful purpose and must comply with applicable laws and regulations.
4. Engagements, Fees & Payment
Fees for Services will be agreed in writing in advance. For recruitment placements, our standard terms (including any replacement or refund policies) will be set out in the engagement agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within the period stated on the invoice. Late payments may incur interest or collection costs.
5. Client-Provided Content & Candidate Data
Clients will provide job descriptions, candidate requirements and any other information necessary for us to perform the Services. You represent that you have the right to provide such information. We will treat candidate data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, graphics, code and other materials on this website are owned or licensed by us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from our intellectual property without our prior written consent, except as expressly permitted under these Terms.
7. Confidentiality
We will take reasonable steps to keep confidential information secure. Confidential information excludes information that is publicly available, already known to the recipient, independently developed, or rightfully received from a third party without an obligation of confidentiality.

Either party may terminate a written engagement in accordance with the termination provisions set out in that engagement. We may suspend or terminate access to our website or Services for breach of these Terms or where required by law. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations accrued prior to termination.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
